Norigae / Nol-ee 23

Kim was playfully inspired by the Norigae, a Korean waist ornament, and Yakgwa, a delicious traditional biscuit.
Norigae’s movement when worn, links directly into the aesthetics of Korea's tradition of movement and performance. The jewellery forms are very untraditionally inspired by Yakgwa biscuits. With their small, plump volumes and sweet crunchiness they offer a reminder of cuteness and pleasure.
